DBS can provide the finished transcription in any format required: Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, or any other client-proprietary text-based software. The staff will either create the document format, using DBS standard page-layout guidelines, or use a client-provided template. Transcriptions are normally returned as email attachments, but can be uploaded to an FTP website (client-provided or DBS).
